EVO’s chairman, Pierre Langlois, is pleased to announce the recent nomination of Ms. Patty Fong as a member of the Board of Directors of EVO. Patty Fong is the Director of the Energy Efficiency Initiative and a member of the European Climate Foundation Strategic Council. Patty co-founded and serves on the board of the Buildings Performance Institute Europe, a European policy think tank dedicated to energy efficiency in buildings.
She also co-founded and serves on the Steering Committee of the EU Coalition for Energy Savings, which unites business, professional, local authorities, and civil society organizations to make energy efficiency and savings the foundation of energy policies in Europe and the driving force behind a more prosperous, sustainable, and competitive Europe. Also, she serves on the board of the EU Alliance to Save Energy, a consortium of leading multinational companies supporting greater EU political ambition for energy efficiency.
EVO also wishes to thank David Terry who has been serving on the Board of EVO over the past eighteen months. David recently announced his resignation from the EVO Board due to personal reasons. David’s contribution, particularly in helping understand the complexities of the M&V situation in the United States, has been of great help in EVO’s recent strategic planning. David offered to continue help EVO in implementing its M&V vision and mission.
